· Judging will be based on: taste, appearance, simplicity, and appeal.
· The recipe must use chicken. It can be a whole chicken, or any part or parts; fresh (raw) chicken
· Recipe should provide 10 servings
· Judging: Judges' decisions are final.
· Originality: Entries must be original.
Each team will be given $35.00 to spend on buying the chicken & side dish. (Main meal only)
Everyone present on that day is a judge and must bring at least 2 x $1.00 coin to vote for the favourite dish.
Anyone may bring as many NZ coins as possible to vote on that day.
The team that raises the most money total up to 80% – our pastor (ex-cook) decision has 20%. Vote.
All money collected goes to next mission trip organised by the church.
A suggestion for anyone who is not a youth or young adult – Please bring a dish to bless the event in case there is not enough food to go around?
Try to do this as a team (planning, buying ingredients & cooking) for fellowship.
Please take some photos or videos of team as evidence – submit at least 7 jpg files on Sat 5:30pm
Please only start cooking anytime from 3pm onwards (at your designated kitchen) to be fair.
